Our student body structure empowers learners to take charge of their personal growth and contribute meaningfully to their community. From early on, students are nurtured in an environment that values initiative, integrity, and collaboration. Leadership at PERMATA INSAN is not limited to a single platform, but extends across multiple councils and responsibilities tailored to develop well-rounded future changemakers.
The Majlis Kepimpinan Pelajar (MKP) serves as the main student leadership body, representing voices across all levels, while the Majlis Perwakilan Kolej Kediaman ensures that life within the residence halls is harmonious and student-friendly. Ethical discipline is reinforced through the Biro Tatatertib Pelajar, while spiritual guidance and moral development are cultivated by the Majlis Kerohanian Abqari. The Abqari Multimedia Council leads the creative and digital storytelling arm of the community, highlighting student achievements and campus life.
Other leadership pathways include Pembimbing Rakan Sebaya (PRS), who serve as peer mentors and emotional support buddies; Librarians, who assist in promoting knowledge-sharing and maintaining our resource center; and the Pengawas SPBT, who are entrusted with managing and organizing the school’s textbook loan system. Together, these roles not only shape confident individuals, but also create a dynamic, values-driven ecosystem where leadership is learned through service, and excellence is achieved through unity.
