Who Am I?

In an increasingly competitive academic environment, students are expected to demonstrate both academic achievement and personal development through leadership, community involvement, and diverse extracurricular activities. However, many schools lack the structure to fully support the development of essential life skills and social intelligence. As a member of the student body council, I’ve had the opportunity to foster leadership, scholarship, and cultural engagement within my school community.

Inspired by the need for a more organized academic support system, I created a centralized website to consolidate important college information previously spread across numerous Telegram channels. This initiative is aimed at helping Level Two students—especially those preparing for the SPM—gain better access to academic resources. It also serves a broader goal: to reach students from diverse backgrounds across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak, and provide them with equal access to structured learning tools.

This project was developed as part of the Global You Changemaker program by AFS Intercultural Programs in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania. The 12-week virtual exchange program focused on cultivating global competence and social impact skills. Through the guidance of program facilitators and peers, I was able to transform a local challenge into a meaningful student-led social impact initiative aligned with UN SDG 4: Quality Education.

I am truly grateful to AFS and the University of Pennsylvania, as well as to facilitators Richa Parasher and Mahdia Mohseni, for their support and mentorship throughout this journey.
